MJ has spoken on the topic of Estate Valuation across the US, Caribbean, Monte Carlo, Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, Australia, Japan and Africa. Most recently MJ has begun teaching students to successful Bid on and Wholesale Government HUD Houses.
All the things that he’s done achieved from the result of freedom that passive income, fast income, hosteling income, flipping income that real estate transactions have provided. That’s just a little growth of what it’s like today. A joy to a beautiful distance of care, share, serve but also benefit from the fruits that real estate has provided going all the way back to my initial appraiser days.
