These days, it’s nearly impossible to walk into a bookstore or turn on the television without being bombarded with books and videos offering real estate investing strategies. Many of these books, videos and software programs promise quick cash and simple strategies. If what they promise is true, why isn’t everyone taking advantage of these programs? 

While a lot of those applications and techniques can be valid, it’s nearly certain that some are simply taking advantage of customer’s goals of monetary freedom. If you’re considering real estate investing, get as much data as possible and accumulate general information about the industry as well as specific markets. Real estate bubbles do exists. but you want to recognize where they exist based totally on trends and the neighborhood economy.  

Will the Bubble Burst? 

No one knows when or where a real estate “bubble” may burst. Odds are, any area that is showing exceptionally high appreciation rates is bound to balance out at some point. However, other markets are likely to begin to appreciate quickly in its place. Savvy investors will always be in tune to market changes in order to position themselves to find great deals and huge efforts. If you want that same advantage you need reliable information.  

Remember, you’re the pilot. You just have to determine where you’re going to go.

It is not easy to go through life living a normal routine especially when you have something bigger in mind that you would like to accomplish. 

The book “The One Thing” by Gary Keller, is an execellent guide to minimizing your distractions and focusing on what really matters in all areas of your life: work, personal, family, and spiritual. 

When you got into real estate, the only thing you were having doubts about was if it would actually work for you. Investing in real estate can be precarious at times. The primary concept that you have to understand is that real estate requires an enormous measure of investment, training, knowledge, and ability to be an effective financial specialist. Once you become effective, you will enjoy the benefits of rental income and various tax incentives. First and foremost when getting started you need to be very cautious of those whom you seek advice from.

Episode #19 André Kajlich – Overcoming Obstacles to Find Inspiraton

In 2003, Andre Kajlich was a Charismatic 23-year-old student attending his father’s Alma Mater in the city of Prague. One night, partying with friends into the early hours, he wound up on the tracks in front of an oncoming subway train. His devastating injuries required that both legs he amputated above the knees, and after three weeks in a medically induced coma, he awoke to an insanely altered reality. 

Andre has become an Ultra-Endurance Pioneer, a World Champion Para-Triathlete, an Ironman World Champion, and the only Wheelchair Athlete to finish an Ultraman Triathlon (he’s done four: Hawaii, Australia, Canada and Israel). He finished the Race Across America, hand cycling 3,100 miles in just 12 days, sleeping 90 minutes a night to make it from Oceanside, CA to Annapolis, MD.  During the Brazil135 Ultra Marathon, Andre completed 135 miles through the jungle terrain in 62 hours, sometimes crawling along the forest dragging his wheelchair behind him.
